My daughter was broken by the school system. Apparently ‘fine’ at school, didn’t need any support or an EHCP but was falling apart at home. So they blamed me. Her teacher went as far to say she wanted a whole class of children like my daughter as she was so compliant. But at what cost? We’ve been HE for nearly a year and my gorgeous girl is getting her spark back. There’s no way I’m sending her back to school to be broken again.
