My School Story
Our son was on his third education setting since starting preschool.
He was on the SEN register and the school were fully aware of his history. Yet he was excluded from school twice, with the school taking the view that he was choosing to misbehave instead of recognising their failure to meet his needs.
We no longer felt our son was safe or looked after whilst at school.

My Home Ed Story
After coming away from school we have noticed such a positive change in him: he is happier, calmer, kinder, and engaged with his education.
The school had stopped communicating with us, and had admitted that they couldn’t meet his needs. We can and do.
We provide an environment within which he can thrive.
